Management of ICSS activities
Job holder shall take the responsibility of managing the ICSS activities for COMPANY.
As such, job holder shall be closely follow ICSS FAT, shall arbitrate subjects related to ICSS software FAT, shall monitor the progress of ICSS software FAT, shall be capable to propose solutions.
Job holder shall interface with CONTRACTOR FAT lead and with SUPPLIER FAT lead.
ICSS software FAT shall be executed as per GS EP INS 134 and encompasses PCS, PSS, ESD, FGS tests (full functional tests), tests of packaged units integrated or interfaced with ICSS, integrated FAT.
Cybersecurity testing is also part of ICSS FAT and shall be monitored by job holder.
Job holder coordinates with ICSS engineer(s) part of his/her team.
Job holder shall track overall progress, work on punches resolution, monitor punch list and ensure CONTRACTOR and SUPPLIER keep the OWL at the minimum when hardware and/or application start to be delivered on site.
Job holder shall follow-up delivery on site and ensure smooth hand-over with commissioning team.
Job holder shall participate full time to SW FAT with ICSS Supplier (Emerson) and CTR.
Qualification :
• Diploma: Instrumentation or Control Engineer with proven experience (> 15 years) with large onshore plants
and LNG plants detailed design
• Professional experience: several years of proven experience in EPSCC and operation stages of LNG projects,
• Good teamwork, strong minded, previous team Management desirable
• Experience in leading ICSS FAT on large projects
• Fluent in English
