Job Description: Responsibilities:
• Drive the organization to continuously improve on HSSE
• Ensure that the occupational health, safety, security, and environment management system is maintained and improved and aligned with corporate requirements
• Prepare and implement yearly HSSE programs
• Plan, organize, and improve health, safety, security, and environmental standards
• Monitor and assess HSSE management systems, internal audit, and management review
• Plan and provide qualified HSSE personnel to all our projects
• Identify and manage potential HSSE risks, both technical and environmental
• Manage and operate our HSSE training centers
• Manage all HSSE and emergency preparedness related training
• Manage HSSE inspections to ensure that construction comply with standards, guidelines, and procedures
• Company HSSE analysis and reporting
• Ensure HSSE compliance with Thai Laws, corporate and customers requirement
• Participate in and coordinate HSSE related work in pre-qualifications, tenders, and projects
• Manage and control all incident investigations
• Manage and control company fire and rescue team and resources Qualification:
• Bachelor or master’s degree in HSSE or equivalent (Nebosh)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction, Oil & Gas HSSE management (International standards)
• Computer literacy in MS office
• Fluent in English communication skills -: listening, speaking, reading and writing. Knowledge:
• ** Third party accident investigation qualification acquired
• QHSSE Management System ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001
• Risk Management System
• Emergency preparedness
• Technical and practical oil and gas construction HSSE knowledge
