- Comprehensive understanding of Subsea Operations.
- Excellent planning, organisation, and project management skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating diverse teams.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with both onshore and offshore personnel.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to manage tight deadlines under pressure.
- Commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Deliver no harm (People, Asset, Environment and Reputation) HSE performance.
- Embed safety leadership culture for self, team members and contractors for all operations. maintenance. construction and wells activities.
