Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications and Skills:
- Prime Contractual and commercial assessment and recommendation
- Contract deliverables/compliance coordination
- Contractual correspondence and other Prime Contract Administration works
- Prepare agenda and presentation of contractual/commercial meeting. Minutes of the meetings.
- Variation/Change Order Management
- Prepare change proposal, clarification
- Prepare project-specific change procedures
- Participation in regular project management meeting and coordination with Project Management Team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, law, business administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in PCA position
- Good knowledge of EPIC Contracts
- Overseas experience
- Extensive experience in the related role (e.g. Project Management, Proposal, Legal)
- Strong computer skills particularly MS Word, Excel and Power Point
- Excellent English, Written & Spoken
- Good Communication skills (written/oral)
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to understand and accept cross cultural differences.
- Team Player, Pro-active
