Job Description:
The job holder will act as COMPANY’s focal point for the project Health, Safety and Environmental matters, providing oversight, guidance and coordination to the EPCI Contractor during the project execution.
The resource is direct report to the Project Manager for all the activities related to the detailed engineering, supply, procurement, manufacture and installation of the 20inch CRA cladded new pipeline and spools between DP2 platform located on AL KHALIJ (Block 6) offshore field and Halul Island, Qatar.
The job holder main activities will be:
• Participates to the following various stages of the project: Line pipe delivery (Company Provided Item), EPCI
execution (office and on-site) up to hand-over of the plant to the Field Operation team (ILI),
• Coordinates, controls, checks and makes recommendations for improvement on the EPCI Contractor execution
plans, methods and documents deliverables including Sub-Contractor and Vendors as well as offshore works,
• Ensures HSE documents, reporting, bulletins and notification are timely issued and fit for purpose in line with the
COMPANY requirements and policies,
• Provides adequate and continues assessment of the EPCI Contractor safety and environmental capabilities,
• Develops, maintains and disseminates accurate HSE statistics reflecting HSE performance against KPI,
• Ensures adequate interface and communication with internal and external stakeholders,
• Accountable for demonstrating an exemplary behaviour with regard to H3SE rules & requirements and for
implementing H3SE rules within his area of responsibility.
• To coordinate and ensure project reviews as requested by TotalEnergies’s referential (HAZOP, HAZID, SPOT,
ODR, PTR...) and prepare or participate in Safety / Technical Audits.
