Job Purpose
Coordinates and conducts technical input on equipment to be decommissioned, fault finding, repairs and maintenance on a range of electrical generation and distribution equipment, of medium and low voltage and associated switchgear on the assigned production platform and remote well heads where required. Ensures asset electrical drawings and records are maintained and accurate for decommissioning scopes. Performs technical surveys as required to support engineering.
Key Result Areas (Key Accountabilities)

Key Result Areas (Key Accountabilities)
- Responsible for the management of all electrical POB related activity, including additional manpower requirements over and above agreed electrical related discipline technicians to ensure decommissioning plan delivered as per schedule
- Responsible for all site electrical decommissioning and any related Vendor & Subcontractor management
- Accountable to ensure work history is comprehensively recorded in line with company quality requirements for decommissioning related activity
- Support the integrated planning process to ensure decommissioning minimizes impact on plant uptime.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with Company procedures including comprehensive and detailed Risk Assessments and Toolbox talks
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily time writing
- Ensure accurate completion of Oracle requests for material orders and inventory call offs (correct budget codes, QA/QC checks)
- Provide supervision and support for all team members in terms of technical issues
- Maintain effective communication with all work colleagues at all levels
- Responsible for the electrical team performance, development, and annual competence assessments
