Job Description: PURPOSE
Assist and support to Coordinator Community Enhancement in engaging with local community, stakeholders and government agencies at assigned geographical locations.  Responsible for community projects’ data collection, analysis, and report preparations for Thailand BU and Corporate HQ.
Work location and coverage: Based in Chumphon province.  Duties cover Chumphon and other adjacent provinces.  Other locations will be based on direct and next level supervisors’ decision.

RESPONSIBILITY

• Conduct initial reviewing and provide comments / recommendations proposed community programs to his/her supervisor for decision making to support the project.
• Monitor and ensure of the community projects’ execution.
• Support in preparing annual Goals & KPI for Community
• Enhancement programs to be conducted with stakeholders.
• Monitoring and Evaluation of the programs’ effectiveness are required on regular basis.
• Support and monitor the execution of corrective and preventive measures to ensure the achievements of CSR programs.
• Build, maintain and enhance relationships with key government stakeholders in geographical focus areas.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in communities’ development,
• public communications and engagement, CSR or social campaign, or related field.
• Good command of Thai. Fair command of English, both speaking and writing.
• Good communication and presentation skills, able to handle sensitive communications with wide range of stakeholders.
