  • Compile and maintain HSE statistics including incident reports, near misses, audits, inspections, and training records.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for internal and external HSE meetings, training sessions, and reports.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to track and analyze HSE data, generate charts, and maintain PowerBI dashboards.
  • Assist in the development and distribution of HSE communications and bulletins.
  • Maintain HSE documentation and filing systems in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Support the HSE team in organizing training sessions, safety drills, and awareness campaigns.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably within HSE or a similar environment.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel PowerPoint, Word (A must)
